This training begins with a knowledge transfer around carpet flooring products that are targeted for residential applications. We then transition into a 3 day hands-on lab where we will cover residential carpet flooring installation training and techniques. Finally, we conclude this course focusing on how to develop excellent customer service skills and review technologies available today to streamline several steps in the residential carpet flooring sales, measurement and installation process.
Carpet Residential Carpet Certification (R-1) and Commercial Carpet Certification (C-1) achieved with successful completion of the course and a passing score on the test.

This training begins with a knowledge transfer around the hardwood and laminate flooring products that are targeted for residential applications after which we focus on developing excellent customer service skills and review technologies available today to streamline several steps in the residential flooring sales, measurement and installation process. This leads us to our final two days in a hands-on lab where we will cover hardwood and laminate residential flooring installation training and techniques.
Residential resilient flooring certification
This course begins with a knowledge transfer around the resilient flooring products that are targeted for residential applications after which we will focus on helping you developing excellent customer service skills. We will also review technologies available today to streamline several steps in the residential flooring sales, measurement and installation process. This leads us to our final two days in a hands-on lab where we will cover resilient residential flooring installation training and techniques.

Our Advanced Flooring Technology certification program is a 6 week course which includes:

- This program is 80% Hands On Training
